From identifying the right raw materials and equipment to improving our systems and introducing innovative technologies, I’m continually looking for new ways to fulfil your needs quickly and efficiently. Having worked in colour masterbatch manufacturing since the 1970s, I’ve acquired a wealth of knowledge, expertise and tricks of the trade through hands-on experience, which we utilise throughout our processes. I have worked at Silvergate Plastics for over 32 years and, as one of the longest serving members of the company, I have helped pioneer new colouring techniques and implemented strict quality controls. By far the most fulfilling part of my role is identifying best practice solutions to complex challenges and meeting the needs of our customers."
